Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Career.zycto's Research & Development department, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of R&D professionals, fostering an environment of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and scientific advancements relevant to our industry and product roadmap.
- Oversee the entire R&D lifecycle, from conceptualization and experimentation to prototyping and successful handover for productization.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.
- Establish and maintain robust intellectual property strategies, including patent filings and trade secret protection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure R&D efforts meet market needs and business goals.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry conferences, academic forums, and with key partners, showcasing our innovation and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in all research activities.
Required Skills
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, preferably within technology, HR tech, or professional services sectors.
