Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute photography assignments for various events, including but not limited to, weddings, festivals, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Undertake commercial photography projects such as product shoots, corporate headshots, real estate photography, and business branding imagery.
- Utilize professional-grade camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and accessories to produce high-resolution, sharp, and aesthetically pleasing photographs.
- Manage the entire photography workflow from conceptualization and pre-production planning to on-site shooting and comprehensive post-production.
- Perform meticulous image culling, color correction, retouching, and final editing using industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Collaborate effectively with clients to thoroughly understand their vision, specific objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to agreed-upon timelines, delivery schedules, and budget constraints for all photographic assignments.
- Safely transport, set up, and dismantle all photography and lighting equipment at various indoor and outdoor locations.
- Develop and present innovative creative concepts for commercial campaigns, demonstrating a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and market trends.
- Maintain professionalism and provide exceptional client service throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery.

Required Skills
- Proven track record and extensive experience in both event photography (capturing candid moments and atmosphere) and commercial photography (product, portrait, architectural).
- Advanced proficiency with professional DSLR or mirrorless camera systems, a diverse range of lenses, and external flash units.
- Expert-level command of photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.
- A strong and diverse professional portfolio showcasing high-quality work across various photographic disciplines.
