Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and organize products within the cold storage facility according to company procedures.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and product integrity.
- Label and wrap products securely to prevent damage and maintain temperature control during transit.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Monitor and record temperatures as required to ensure compliance with cold chain standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the cold room.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
