Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical system diagnostics and repairs, including wiring, sensors, and computer modules.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repairs needed, and estimated costs.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
