Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register clients, visitors, and candidates, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, directing enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Handle general email correspondence and manage the main office inbox.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews, managing calendars effectively.
- Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and equipped with necessary resources.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they remain clean, organised, and presentable.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for facility-related queries and liaise with suppliers/contractors.
- Assist with event coordination and hospitality for internal and external functions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a reception, front office, or administrative support role (minimum 12 months).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
