Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area, including equipment and glassware.
- Interact positively with guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating supplies to minimize waste.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations regarding alcohol service, health, and safety standards.
- Develop and suggest new cocktail recipes or beverage offerings to enhance the menu.
- Assist in maintaining general cleanliness and orderliness of the establishment.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barman (minimum 2 years).
