Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate user research and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups and complete visual designs for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
- Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UI/UX design.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of UI/UX design projects and process
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
