Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain student records, attendance, and other confidential school documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing courteous and helpful assistance.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute various school communications, letters, and reports.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
  • Process basic financial transactions, such as collecting fees, and assist with simple bookkeeping tasks under supervision.
  • Assist with data entry and updating information in school management systems.
  • Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
