Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Provide comprehensive information about the property's services, facilities, and local attractions in Victoria Island.
- Manage reservations, update guest profiles, and handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a hospitality or service-oriented role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, email).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
