Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular, transparent reports to stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for continuous improvement in project management methodologies.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management, successfully delivering complex projects.
