Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and support requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Onboard new members, guiding them through the initial stages and ensuring a seamless integration into the Career.zycto community.
- Proactively communicate membership benefits, new offerings, and relevant updates to members through various channels.
- Collect and analyze member feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in services and programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development) to advocate for member needs and ensure a cohesive member experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records within the CRM system.
- Assist in planning and executing member engagement events, workshops, or webinars.
- Prepare regular reports on membership status, engagement levels, and satisfaction metrics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance member value and grow the membership base.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Familiarity with the local Nguunhane/Chibuto business landscape.
- Experience with community building or event coordination.
- Fluency in an additional local language (e.g., Changana).
