Career.zycto is seeking talented and passionate freelance photographers to join our growing network, specializing in events and commercial projects across Runaway Bay, St. Ann, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality photography assignments for events (corporate, social, private) and commercial projects (product, lifestyle, architectural, promotional).
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand specific photographic requirements, creative briefs, and desired outcomes.
- Utilize professional-grade camera equipment, lighting, and accessories to achieve optimal results in various settings and conditions.
- Conduct thorough post-production, including culling, editing, retouching, and color grading, using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of edited images in specified formats and resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and communication throughout all stages of a project.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual storytelling and client satisfaction.
- Safeguard and maintain personal photography equipment.
- Adhere to company branding guidelines and client specifications for all deliverables.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional DSLR/mirrorless camera systems and lenses.
- Expertise in photographic composition, lighting techniques (natural and artificial), and exposure control.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for image editing and retouching.
- Demonstrated experience in event photography, capturing candid moments and key highlights.
- Proven experience in commercial photography, including product, lifestyle, or corporate imagery.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality work in events and commercial photography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and on-site coordination.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with drone photography or videography for aerial perspectives.

- Existing network or understanding of the local market in St. Ann, Jamaica.
