Key Responsibilities

- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, orderly, and compliant environment for all occupants.
- Assist staff and visitors with security-related inquiries, provide directions, and offer guidance when needed.
- Conduct bag and personnel searches as required, adhering strictly to legal and ethical guidelines and maintaining professional conduct.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing assistance and information as requested.
- Implement basic first aid procedures in case of minor injuries or medical emergencies until professional medical help arrives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a security-related role, demonstrating a track record of reliability.
- Excellent observational and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and interaction.
- Ability to remain calm, decisive, and effective under pressure during emergencies or critical incidents.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as lift moderate weights.
- Strong sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and a high level of professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and safety regulations.
- Valid security guard license or permit, where applicable by local regulations.
