Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming goods and materials.
- Organize and maintain the physical layout of the store, ensuring goods are stored safely and efficiently.
- Issue goods and materials to authorized personnel upon receipt of proper requisitions.
- Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with stock.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to management to prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and secure store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage the timely dispatch of goods, ensuring correct items and quantities are released.
- Operate basic inventory management software or maintain manual ledger systems diligently.
- Assist in implementing and improving inventory control procedures.
- Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

- Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
