Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers warmly, providing personalized styling advice and product information.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store's presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, organizing, and replenishing stock.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and brand stories.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
