Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours through specified routes and attractions in Flankers and Montego Bay.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, flora, fauna, and points of interest.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, transportation coordination, and entry to attractions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and physical capabilities of diverse groups.
- Promote local businesses and responsible tourism practices.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a strong asset.
