Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect for new clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants) through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market analyses to advise clients on competitive pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present compelling property listings, including professional photography and detailed descriptions.
  • Organize and lead property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours, effectively highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice, answering queries, and guiding them through the entire sales or rental process.
  • Negotiate offers and counter-offers on behalf of clients, striving for optimal outcomes while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Assist clients with all necessary paperwork, including sales agreements, lease contracts, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with Mauritian real estate laws.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, trends, legal requirements, and financing options relevant to Belle Rose and Quatre Bornes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., notaries, banks) to ensure smooth and timely transaction closures.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or high-value sales sector, of at least 2 years.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
