Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Code email templates using HTML and CSS, ensuring cross-client compatibility and optimal rendering across desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements, target audiences, and key messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing on email designs, subject lines, and calls-to-action to optimize performance and engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest email design trends, technologies, and anti-spam regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Maintain an organized library of email assets, templates, and design components.
- Provide creative input and recommendations for improving email campaign effectiveness and visual consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across different email clients and platforms.

Required Skills
