Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships through various sales strategies, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach within the Montego Bay community.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and risk profiles, recommending suitable insurance products (e.g., life, health, property, auto, business) from our comprehensive portfolio.
  • Present, explain, and sell insurance policies, ensuring clients fully comprehend terms, conditions, and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy reviews, updates, and general client inquiries to foster long-term relationships and ensure client retention.
  • Efficiently manage the claims process for clients, providing guidance, collecting necessary documentation, liaising with adjusters, and advocating for timely and fair settlements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development programs.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving personal and company growth.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales acumen and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse clientele.
