Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior automotive technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, fluid checks, oil changes, tire rotations, and battery tests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service bay, tools, and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and post-service quality checks to ensure vehicles meet company standards before customer handover.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and designated customer zones, ensuring careful handling.
- Support inventory management by assisting with the receiving, stocking, and tracking of parts and supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, policies, and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members, service advisors, and, when necessary, directly with customers to relay basic vehicle information.
- Operate basic shop equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanical systems and components.
- Proficiency in using standard automotive hand tools and basic power tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good physical stamina, dexterity, and the ability to lift moderate weights.
- Valid UAE Driving License (manual and automatic).
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliability and a proactive attitude towards learning and assisting.

- Vocational training or a certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Prior hands-on experience in a vehicle service center or automotive workshop (even internships).
