Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing personalized styling advice and product information.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products and building customer loyalty.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends, inventory, product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges.
- Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising standards are consistently met, including attractive displays and organized racks/shelves.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new shipments, ticketing, restocking, and periodic stock counts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and storage areas.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, including follow-ups and notifying them of new arrivals or promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
