Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and optimizing stock rotation to minimize waste and storage costs.
- Liaise effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective freight movement.
- Process orders, prepare accurate shipping documents, and track shipments diligently to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Identify and resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize logistics software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS) to track and manage operations, analyze data, and generate performance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local transportation regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
