Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required by various departments.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases with up-to-date information.
- Uphold a professional and welcoming front office environment for visitors and clients.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (LGCSE/COSC)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administrative or assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
