Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to achieve maximum ROI and meet performance KPIs.
  • Write compelling and high-performing ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve conversion rates and ad effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, integrating new strategies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to ensure a consistent brand message and optimize landing page experiences.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues affecting tracking, ad delivery, or campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, spending, and ROI to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar digital marketing role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Bing Ads.
  • Solid understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ad copy creation and stakeholder reporting.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Facebook Blueprint Certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategies.
  • Experience working with popular PPC tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, or Ahrefs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
