Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Transport Coordinator in daily operational planning and execution.
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles for deliveries and collections, optimizing routes for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
  • Monitor real-time vehicle locations and provide updates as required.
  • Help resolve logistical issues and challenges promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Process transport-related documentation, including waybills and delivery notes.
  • Support inventory management related to transport and logistics.
