Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and acting as a primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
- Orchestrate and deliver seamless remote onboarding and training sessions for new clients.
- Monitor customer health and usage data to identify potential risks and opportunities for intervention.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to assess progress, communicate value, and strategize future growth.
- Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to account expansion.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for client needs and drive product enhancements.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations efficiently and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Customer Success best practices and processes for remote teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable and proficient with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
