Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all customers upon entry and throughout their shopping experience.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelves, displays, and fitting rooms.
- Restock merchandise, ensuring proper product placement and timely replenishment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, price tagging, and stock counts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies with professionalism and accuracy.
- Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and seek managerial assistance when necessary.
