Key Responsibilities
- Lead detailed requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for new and existing technology systems and applications.
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct thorough system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions are reliable and bug-free.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user manuals.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology analyst or similar role, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
