As a Facility Maintenance Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations team, supporting the Senior Facility Manager in executing routine maintenance schedules and responding promptly to repair requests. You will be responsible for conducting regular, thorough inspections of premises, identifying potential issues before they escalate, and implementing proactive preventive maintenance measures across various systems. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing.
- Conduct daily inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Execute minor repairs across various trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with the installation and relocation of office furniture and equipment.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe following maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including services performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required Skills
