Key Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests.
- Clear tables, prepare for new guests, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
