Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, statements, and other financial records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions or accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding operational matters via various channels.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC).
