Key Responsibilities
- Assist e-tutors in preparing and organizing digital learning materials and course content.
- Manage and maintain online learning resources, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Provide technical support to students and tutors on e-learning platforms (LMS, video conferencing tools).
- Facilitate and monitor interactive online learning sessions and discussion forums.
- Help track student progress and engagement, generating reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students and tutors regarding course updates, deadlines, and technical issues.
