Job Description

As an Interior Designer with a focus on Décor & Setup, you will be instrumental in the final stages of our projects, ensuring that every element—from furniture placement to accessory selection, lighting, and art—contributes to a harmonious and sophisticated design narrative. You will work closely with our architectural team, clients, and suppliers to translate initial design concepts into tangible, stunning realities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts with a strong emphasis on décor and aesthetic appeal.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, lighting, accessories, and art.
- Create detailed décor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings to present design concepts to clients.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare accurate specifications, budgets, and procurement schedules for all décor elements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of items.
- Oversee on-site setup and styling, ensuring all décor elements are placed and presented according to design intent.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure flawless execution and adherence to design standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other team members.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a keen eye for décor and styling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of space planning and spatial relationships.
