Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all lounge guests, making them feel valued and comfortable.
- Present and explain lounge offerings, including food and beverage menus.
- Take guest orders accurately and serve items promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and sophisticated ambiance of the lounge area at all times.
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage displays, ensuring fresh and appealing presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or additional services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
- Process payments and manage billing accurately.
- Adhere to all hotel service standards, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other hotel staff to ensure seamless service.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure

Preferred Qualifications
