Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanning devices.
  • Efficiently pack items, ensuring proper protection and adherence to packaging standards to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by labeling, palletizing, and wrapping as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (certification preferred but training provided if needed).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily production targets are met.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25 kg) regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency for scanning and data entry
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift operator certification (e.g., Staplerschein)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Previous experience with RF scanners or other inventory tracking devices
