Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Efficiently pack items, ensuring proper protection and adherence to packaging standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment by labeling, palletizing, and wrapping as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (certification preferred but training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25 kg) regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency for scanning and data entry
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operator certification (e.g., Staplerschein)
