Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor according to event specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests during banquet functions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all service areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout events.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, banquet captains, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Replenish supplies, glassware, and cutlery as needed during events.
  • Assist with inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Supervisor.

  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and carry items for extended periods
