Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during banquet functions in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all service areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout events.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, resolving any issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, banquet captains, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Replenish supplies, glassware, and cutlery as needed during events.
- Assist with inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Supervisor.
