Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of hotel common areas, guest rooms (as assigned), and back-of-house areas to uphold hotel standards.
- Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries, when needed.
- Assist with food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, or for events, including setting up, serving, and clearing tables.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures, promoting a safe environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Handle luggage and assist guests with transportation arrangements as required, providing a welcoming departure/arrival.
