Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations for various digital platforms and projects.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, art directors, and content creators, to understand project requirements and translate concepts into animated sequences.
- Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize and plan animation sequences effectively.
- Perform character rigging, skinning, and weight painting as needed for 3D animation projects.
- Integrate sound effects and music cues where appropriate to enhance animation impact.
- Ensure all animated content adheres to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and project deadlines.
- Participate in feedback sessions and revise animations based on input from team members and clients.
- Maintain an organized workflow and manage animation assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest animation software, techniques, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, squash and stretch, etc.).
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and technical abilities.
- Excellent artistic eye, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling capabilities.
