Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete comprehensive barista training modules.
- Learn and master various coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction and milk frothing.
- Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Accurately handle cash and process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Develop basic latte art skills through practice and coaching.
- Support senior baristas in opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop.
