Key Responsibilities
- Accurately load and unload delivery vans with various packages and materials.
- Organize and sort packages according to designated routes and delivery schedules.
- Inspect packages for damage before loading and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the loading dock area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, if required (training provided).
- Collaborate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English).
