Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any potential delays or issues.

- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, such as waybills, packing lists, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
