Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking and monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any potential delays or issues.
  • Support inventory management activities, including accurate stock counts, reconciliation, and precise data entry into logistics systems.
  • Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, such as waybills, packing lists, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, schedules, and operational needs.
  • Help identify and implement opportunities to optimize routes and transportation methods to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all logistics activities and generate detailed reports as required by management.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and policies related to logistics, warehousing, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in logistics and supply chain management.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • A proactive mindset, demonstrating eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
