Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing insightful explanations for deviations from budget/forecast.
- Support the creation of financial models and scenario analyses to aid decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including management and department heads.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Maintain and improve financial databases and reporting tools.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required by the finance team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
