Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, making selections, and processing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring proper signage.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating complex situations when necessary.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, performing cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store events to effectively communicate with customers.

Required Skills
