Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from processing to dispatch and delivery.
  • Optimize transportation routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely deliveries, reducing costs where possible.
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse operations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
