Your day-to-day will involve hands-on work with cloud services, scripting automation tasks, managing configuration, and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and services into the existing infrastructure.
  • Manage and optimize containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Implement and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
  • Ensure security best practices are applied across all infrastructure components and processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response and resolution.
  • Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies and practices to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven computing.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
