Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned products, understanding deep technical details and use cases.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define, develop, and launch new features and products.
- Develop and deliver technical product training and documentation for internal teams (sales, support) and external partners/customers.
- Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering RFPs.
- Assist customers with complex technical queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, acting as an escalation point for support.
- Gather and analyze market feedback, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Create and maintain technical collateral, such as solution guides, whitepapers, and FAQs.
- Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product functionality and reliability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and development.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical product specialist, solutions engineer, or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with API integrations, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively within a flexible schedule.

- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
