Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities according to established procedures.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or broken items.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
