Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Maintain and update client records and sales databases (CRM) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing basic information and directing complex issues to the appropriate sales executive.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Process sales orders, manage contract documentation, and ensure all paperwork is accurately filed.
  • Monitor inventory levels of sales materials and ensure the team has necessary resources.
  • Support post-sales activities, including client follow-ups and feedback collection.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
