Your day-to-day will involve deep dives into product functionalities, collaborating with engineering to troubleshoot intricate issues, and working closely with product management to refine roadmaps based on technical feasibility and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned products, providing in-depth expertise to sales, marketing, support, and engineering teams.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers and internal teams, escalating to engineering as necessary.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering to define, refine, and test new product features and enhancements, ensuring technical accuracy and user-friendliness.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and training sessions for internal staff and external partners.
  • Gather and synthesize technical feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product development.
  • Participate in the quality assurance process by testing new releases and identifying potential issues.
  • Monitor product performance and utilization, providing reports and insights to product management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to contribute to strategic product discussions.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical product support, technical specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and articulating solutions clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a flexible schedule.
  • Experience with SQL databases and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
