Job Description
Are you a visionary commercial leader with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion in competitive landscapes? Tanganda Tea Company Limited, Zimbabwe’s largest producer of tea and one of the oldest companies in the country, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive leadership team based in Rusape, Manicaland Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across all product categories.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales, marketing, and business development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, channels, and product extensions to support long-term business growth.
- Oversee brand management, marketing campaigns, and digital presence to enhance brand equity and customer engagement.
- Manage commercial budgets, sales forecasting, and P&L responsibility for all commercial operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.

Required Skills
- 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably within the agricultural, FMCG, or food & beverage sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse commercial teams.
